[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — unbilled amount exceeded

I have a idea postpaid connection. My unbilled amount is 951 shows. I have not used. It shows that my unbilled amount exceed my credit limit but i have not used that limit as i am very well know that i am not calling so much. I have called so many times to idea care and on 198 complaining center but they are not helping me to shot out this problem, they only saying due to server down problem we are unable to process your query but pay the unbilled amount, only after that idea will activate your outgoing.
