Idea Cellular — Unbilled aount Charged | |||
Hi, I have delhi Postpaid Idea Number ([protected]). Yesterday morning i have check my unbilled amount was 15 rs. and my 999 IPLAN was activated on my phone. In Iplan they office IPACK which customer can use according to their need. yesterday afternoon i addon some idea 3G 135MB i pack, and havent change my plan, the plan was the same. yesterday evening i have recieved a sms that my unbilled amount is around 9500/- and my all services has been bared. I have called to customer care but after 1/2 hour of disscussion they said they dont have any info in system, and if i want service restored i need to pay unbilled amount. before add on my 3G 4GB plan was also activated event i havent fully consumed that also.. they have charged me for data which i have used and start as new plan from yesterday without any notification.. i believe they should adjust my previous data in should not start as new paln, because i havent change my plan i have only increase my add on pack. i believe you will help me to get it resolved, if it will not get resolved i will also filed compaint in TRAI and Consumer court also. I have just recieved a sms that my all services has been barred, there is nothing i have done... i have only use services which you have offered to all customers.
isn't it bad and poor service.

it almost 3 days and i haven't received any call from idea, i have also complain on Idea Customer via email and received that they will contact me within 48 hours. Now its almost more then 48 hours i have register complaint and i have not received any communication from IDEA.
It's really a painful and poor example of service quality.

Could you please let me know how it has been charged correctly.
i have just add on few 3G packs and how can you start this as a fresh pack. and charge me for the data usages which was under my 4GB 3G Activated plan.
and let me know one thing suppose for example i have 2GB data plan for a month and i have use only 1GB and between a month if i need to add 1 GB more and i have found that 1 GB plan is avliable and i subscribe it.what you will do you add in 2GB+1GB or charge for previous 1 GB and start my plan fresh 1 GB. or give me total 3gb. in this example i should get 3GB and this is the correct way.
what you guys are doing if some add some add on pack you start whole pack as fresh and event not notify customer and doing cheating with him.
if still you guys think you did right i will file a complaint against this in consumer court and challenge your decision in court i have all your iplan advertisement and screenshot of when i select plan that there is no notification that you start it as a fresh paln.

The Bill has been generated for my mobile no. [protected] and "Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration #" has been charged 8234.00 INR.
In My plan there is already 5 GB Internet plan is activated and Before i have changed my plan 3 GB Internet was activated.
Why 8234.00 INR has been Charged for internet i have check my bill and i have only used around 3.5 GB internet.
Could you please check and let me know why it has been charged so high.
please look into this asap and let me know the reason, i will not pay a single extra amount untill it will not get resolved, it seems you have cheated charged me and if needed i will also go and take legal action as well.
