Idea Cellular — Unethical behaviour and delay in activation of new connection

Hi, I have taken a new postpaid idea connection number [protected]. I made all the advance payments as well as filled out the form on 20th of this month and i was told that the new connection will be active within 72 hours. My number has still not been activated and it's been a whole week. Your customer care representatives don't resolve any problems. They don't even answer the phone. This issue has caused me a lot of trouble. I am incurring heavy roaming charges on my other number due to delay in my new idea connection's activation. I have made more than 50 calls to your representatives and nobody has helped me out. Is this how Idea treats it's customers?!? I am sick and tired of all this and i need my number to be activated urgently or return me the money and I'll surrender this number and take up another connection from some other service provider.
