[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unfair balance deduction. No support from Customer Care

I want to request everyone please do not use idea connection for internet. They are a big cheater. Don't go after their advertisement "no ullu banawing". In fact they are making us "ulloo".
I just purchased a new SIM card number [protected] from idea. I got 275mb 3G data and 100Rs talk time on recharge of 130Rs. After 1 week i found that my account balance is 0 Rs while it was Rs. 87.5 in morning and i did not make even a single call from this number. When i reached customer care they told me that i have used Internet for downloading that's why my balance deducted. When i checked my data balance, it was about 3.70 mb left in my account. Then again i spoke to their customer care representative. She told me very weird reason for balance deduction. She said that when you open multiple tabs on your computer/laptop then balance starts deducting from your main account instead of your data balance. After arguing a lot she agreed that they have deducted Rs16.50 extra from my account and added the same amount to my account balance. But what about the remaining 71 rupees.
I don't know whether she was not aware of the fact or she was trained to say so. But ultimately i think there is predefine setting in their system if your data balance is low and you connect to Internet they will deduct all your main balance from your account.
I again request to everyone please don't use idea Internet connection. Their service is very poor, Internet speed is dead slow and they cut your pockets by incorrect balance deductions.
