It has been 5 or 6 times when i have been charged rupees 3 or maybe 5 by the services of 51998. I haven't touched the phone since the past 3 hours and there is no one in my room still the message says you used the service. When i talked to customer care the employee was very rude and was not listening to me at all. If i had used the service, why would i call the customer care?
Till now, 20 rupees have been deducted. I want no such balance deduction should take place in future otherwise i will have to switch the services to some other company.
Also, train your customer care executives to listen more, talk less and in a polite manner. Was this information helpful? |
