[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unnecessary bill

Hello,

My number is [protected], i changed my number from postpaid to prepaid after clearing all my dues and additional 350 rupees. Still the customer care executives calling me and saying i have to pay 2200 rupees more. I have not received any message not any email regarding the bill, which i was receiving every month when it was a postpaid. They are saying that the bill is from 21 may to 30 may. I have paid already and then only my sim changed to prepaid, and also the customer care representative confirm that now no more amount will be charging on this postpaid number.

Please have a look on this issue, till then i was using postpaid never ever that much bill charged.

Updated by Neelu Kanojiya In all the communications you are saying pay the bill.. on what basis are you saying that it is valid... Why are you all not looking into this issue it's not a minimum amount
