[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unnecessary charges inspite of requesting for deactivation of services | |||
I have been requesting on idea customer care to deactivate one of my number that has been off since two months. One customer care executive told us to pay the pending bill then he will put forward the request for deactivation. We paid the bill then also we have been recieving calls from customer care telling us to pay more and more bills inspite o[censored]s telling them to deactivate the number. Every other customer care executive is telling us a different story and process for this, misbehaving with my mother on call to pay the amount that is actually not right as we already told them to deactivate the number. Whole of my family is using idea network and this behaviour from the network is highly unacceptable! Shameful! Either help us with the right information or we will be happy to switch to a better network than idea where everybody says different things about the one simple request!
