Dear Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to bring forth the unruly and rude behavior of the Idea cellular employee who shared his name as Shaikh during tecalling. This is in reference to my complaint in regard to the incorrect billing for my post paid number [protected] for the services never subscribed or used.
I had lodged a complaint with the idea cellular telecalling dept. wherein my complaint was accepted and was assured that the case shall be resolved in 4days time i.e by 19th february 2016 and was asked to pay the bill for the amount which I had no dispute. the total bill amount was of Rs.2500 approx.. of which I duly paid Rs.1670...(approx). But once again this person by the name Shaikh called up and asked foe the issue for non payment, again I explained the whole issue to this person but he was very rude in his behavior and told that nothing will be done and I will have to pay if i want to resume my idea services. I tried my best to explain but he was very arrogant in his behavior and went to an extent to do whatever i can do and go and complaint to the highest of the authorities and even told that I am the Boss. all the complaints come to him only to resolve. He cited that the pending amount is of september 2015 and the same was raised in the bill of feb2016, , , which is very strange...for me. Why non payment of services was not raised earlier to me and how come all the services continued as it is. I have been an Idea user for years but I am sorry to write here that Aditya Birla Group and Mr Kumar Birla has no quality people and its really a shame to have such people on board who do not respect the concern raised by clients... Once again there is another bill raised which is again disputed and the idea care center executive is not able to justify for the incorrect billing. Let me once again mention here that I had never asked for or subscribed for any services for which I was billed. Request you to resolve and oblige. Was this information helpful? |
