Idea Cellular — unsettlement of bill | |||
sir, By mistake i have purchase one idea postpaid mobile connection . That was my biggest mistake. At very next month i was start getting bill of rs 980. sir i was surprised and decided to discontinue the services. When i visited idea showroom. they asked me to call some other officer. i told them you are having my security deposit balance you take and settle the bill and disconnect the mobile no. but thay refused. after that i removed the sim card and lost it somewhere. after 3 month thay have sent one letter and continuously sending till date. I am illiterate in Malayalam what thay write i dont know. thay are treating me by these letter. Kindly see the attached letter and help me to solve this problem.
