My number is [protected]. I am facing issue unwanted calls i am getting again and again... I called custmor care to activate dnd service but they made excused system not working. Really nonsense.. I would like to request that activate dnd service asap. I dont want any company sms or advertisement call again.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. To avoid the inconvenience, we request you to opt for Full DND that is by sending the SMS as "STOP 0" to 1909. If still the issue persists, you can share us the screen shot of the SMS or complete details of the calls you're receiving to assist you better.

I could not able to stop idea flash Messages by anyway suggested by the customer care.please help me to overcome this I am getting irritated by these messages when they are display on my screen I have done Deactivate flash on sim Toolkit but they never gonna stop there continually irritating

We would like to inform you, that we can help you only with outgoing calls & SMS details via E-bill. To get the E-bill you can send an SMS to 12345 from your registered number. SMS format EBILL<space>MON Eg: EBILL<space> JAN. If your Email Id is not registered with us first register your Email Id follow these steps send EMAILID<space> Email address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, you can check your outgoing call & SMS details in My Idea Application or Website.
