When i activated my idea sim from that time i have received health tips sms and after that i had call to customer care about this but they are not given any satisfactory answer and its chargeable cost is rs.3 per sms. Is shown on my idea bill. I have activated dnd but unwanted sms is not stop. So kindly resolve this issue other wise i will not pay any bill and close this number

Also, we would like to inform you that the charges for SMS is appropriate as the SMS has been generated from your end towards the chargeable number. Hence, we express our inability to reverse the same. However, we suggest you to dial *121*46# or send an SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS and 155223 to deactivate the value added services if any. For further assistance kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.
