[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unwanted plan given | |||
I had got an loop postpaid network & switched to idea they had promised me 299 plan for new loop users which has 1000 std & local all india calls free but when i saw my first bill they had given 199 no bill shock plan which is of no use to me i had also reccomended 5 loop mobile users to idea cellular who have got these plans as i had confirmed with all of them i went to the gallery they said it is not possible i also called customer care but he aslo told the same So please see that idea aditya birla changes my plan as soon as possible When i knew this i felt i did a biggest mistake by giving them reccomendations for 5 loop mobile numbers My name is gopal rawtani & mob no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
