Dear Sir, I have purchased a new idea prepaid sim on[protected]. Now on[protected], they deducted Rs 20 and Rs 5 from my account balance. I asked the idea customer care regarding the same, they said that has been deducted for game downloading. Although i have not downloaded any game not activated any value added services, still they are not refunding my balance. I am cheated by idea. Please do the needful. My mobile number is [protected].
