I am an idea subscriber for the past 5 years and now as i am traveling to ethiopia, where idea does not work and airtel does; i am trying to port and the upc number is not being generated.
Customer care employees just redirect the issue as if the problem is with handset and i tried with other handsets too
They're playing tricky in this demanding customers to continue with them by not providing upc code and asking the customers to recharge once again.
The reply i get is "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured please contact your service provider".
I wish submit this to trai in order to get my issue cleared on my mobile number [protected].
