[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Use of extremely abusive and derogatory language by idea cellular customer care | |||
I have been a long patron with idea service. Never before i had experienced this kind. I was extremely shocked to hear that. On 13 april 2017, i had made a call at 5:45pm approx. Regarding call charges deduction from pune, maharashtra. When i tried to make detail enquiry, idea cellular customer care member used absolutely abusive and derogatory language. He was absolutely swearing on many all occasions. This is quite truly shocking and clear violation of ethics. Was this information helpful? | |||
