[Resolved] Idea Cellular — useless sms charging money

On 16 November 2018 I received an SMS from a number 51998. This SMS has charged RS 8/- without my consent.
It is had a link of web sit in it.
The link is as follows
"http://192.169.227.190/GetImage.aspx?msisdn=[protected]&ContentID=95631cce-bf01...⇄
This link contains some stupid images.
I am very angry about this incident.
It would be greatly if this could be stopped and if I can receive my money.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We tried reaching out to you in different time slots. Seems you were occupied. Also, we would like you've been charged while using WAP service for the mentioned number. Hence, we request you to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset also you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. However, if still any issue persist you can contact us on 12345 or 198.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate
