[Resolved] Idea Cellular — validity of recharge expiry before promised days | |||||
My current plan will end on 24/10/18 so i have recharged 459rs for 84days. Myidea app showing validity of calling plan for 84days from date of existing plan but 4g plan start from today & will lapse 4day before calling plan. As per regulation, plan must be activate after expiry of current plan which is not happening for 4g data. Idea customer care person told me that data plan starts immedietly after recharge & current balance data become nill. But actually like other services provider it must be start after expiry of current plan. In that scenario, for idea customer you have to recharge on same day of expiry to avoid loss of existing plan which is ridiculous. Was this information helpful? | |||||
