[Resolved] Idea Cellular — vas services are getting activated without consent and money charged on postpaid number

Idea cellular vas services are getting activated more than 10 times on my phone and they keep charging on my account. If you call the senseless customer executives only says you activated the services and we can help you to deactivate. If you do not pay for the vas services the roaming and outgoing calls are barred. This is really harassment of the consumers. Hope idea cellular learn to live the birla legacy in business.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Hi,

As checked, vas service is activate with the consent of customer. to deactivate sms STOP to 155223.

Updated by kulkarma The services are activated without consent and money are charged. Surprised to see the similar senseless comment. I hope Idea is really looking at how these third party VAS services is killing the brand name for Birla's.
