[Resolved] Idea Cellular — voicemail not stopping

Hi..
I have been getting around 500 voicemails on an average from an unknown number. When i try to open that voicemail it won't open.
I contacted the customer support and they told me 3-4 methods to try and i tried out each of them as asked by them. I told them to connect me their team lead who gave me a whatsapp number to complain to but even then the issue is not getting resolved. I am fed up because my mobile keeps chirping all day. I've installed a third party app to delete these voicemails immediately, but i want a solution from idea cellular immediately

We would like to inform you, that to stop receiving the notification of voicemail for the mentioned number, we request you to dial *131# or else dial *141# which is chargeable USSD code post that check the notification you've received to avoid the inconvenience. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.
