In spite of repeated request & reminder for STOP & Deactivate the VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive on my idea mobile [protected] during the month November-2015 & December-2015 I was charged Rs.415/- vide Bill No.[protected] dated 25.12.2015 A/C No.[protected] for the VAS services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive which are I have never used or requested for the same as detailed below :

After getting confirmation for waiver of charges of Rs. 415.00 I will pay the Idea Bill failing which I will move to the consumer forum for Unauthorised charges of VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive on my idea mobile [protected].
