My company has a corporate connection from idea and this month suddenly they have charged this "wap download" charges for one user. Bill details are below:

I have recharged my mobile with idea unlimited for 3 months.
But i am not able to use calls or data as there is no proper network coverage in my area "KTPS PALONCHA" power plant.

Please renew the network to avoid many employee customers.
