Sir, maine niche likhe anusar shikayat ki thi, kintu idea cellular dwara aaj tk shikayat ka nirakaran nhi kiya gya. Balki idea cellular customer care ne sep 09, 2016 ko response diya ki mere mob. No. Me unhone calling krne ka try kiya kintu mera number unreachble rha. Vastvikta yah hai ki unhone try hi nhi kiya. "sir, Idea celular company ke customer care number 198 par baat kiy unhone sirf yah kaha ki maine mobile se *123# dial kiya hoga, isliye joke subscribe hua aur rs. 3.00 deduct huye, customer care ne yh bhi sujhav diya ki 123452 or 123453 me dial kariye deduction ki jankari mil jayegi. Maine 123452 & 123454 me dial kiya but mujhe recorded sandesh yhi sunayi diya ki aapke pichhle 03 dino me huye deduction ka koi record nhi hai. Sir jaisa customer care ne kaha ki *123# dial kiya gya hoga, maine unko btaya ki maine aisa koi number dial nhi kiya. Idea customer care service are worst. company's employee even not know how to talk and how solve customer's issue. all employees not trained properly. even employee not ready to take responsibility to take complaint. they always blaming to each other their department. MY COMPLAIN HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE TWO MONTH STILL THEY NOT SOLVING.
