I have recently ported to idea and i have recharged with ₹443 instead of ₹444 due to lack of information. After recharging i have noticed that it was not that plan was not the same as ₹444 though both the plans offer 84 gb internet i have called customer care and also lodged a complaint of this for which they said that it will be alright instead of getting ₹444 benifits you'll get ₹443 benifits and after some days i have started facing problems with internet then i contacted idea store personnel, they said that you have been given some free internet which was expired by the time i contacted them. They also said that that plan was only for moto mobiles even after calling 3-4 times no customer care executive has asked me about this information. Yes, i agree that it is my fault to recharge unknowingly now, i question why the scheme is not available for me and why i'll not get my money/ recharge pack of ₹443/- back.
I feel this network may be a good one but with out customer satisfaction they arr going to get nothing
I feel guilt of porting to this worst showoff network its better to continue with other network which do not confuse their customers and donot cheat. Was this information helpful? |
