I have been in idea from a long time.. More than 4 years after that i didnt like the way idea people dela with its customers. So i have moved to airtel.. Later due to some false promises i again came back to idea. Now i realize that the behavior of idea people didn't change.
They blocked my outgoing calls and i have paid the previous operator due (Which is very less) and dropped a mail with the payment receipt. The customer care executives said.. Post 2 hours the outgoing calls will be activated. And, its been 6 hours i dropped a mail.
Again i went back to the store by leaving all my busy schedule. The # store guys are pinching in my # by saying it will take 48 hours to activate back.
I never expected this service from idea. Also, they are saying the sim will be deactivated for 48 hours to port to other operators... Which will never happen with other opeartors.
Please educate your executives how to deal with the customer or change your # policies which ruins the customer life. Was this information helpful? |
