Idea is Worst shameless telecom service ever.. myself being a digital communication post graduate, feel it is as worst as it's ambassador Abhishek bachchan's acting and dancing skills..! Pity..!! Consumer inconvenience is idea's top priority..! Fake offers on 121.. ! The gprs never gets activated on completion of all process..! SHAME ON YOU IDEA. Open a tea stall instead..!
I am a idea user wishing to port my number to any other service provider. The call rates that I am charged are too high. Idea executives advice me to recharge for another plan apart from normal recharge to reduce the call rates, but it sum to the same.
They think users are fools to hear to their words.

Hi Team,
I had done recharge twice of Rs. 198 (unlimited L+N calls & 1 GB data
for 28 days) not received any kind of confirmation from your end.
Again made recharge of same amount which was successfully updated.
Called up customer care they informed me that both the recharge has
been successful As confirmed with senior he assured me my plane will
extended till December. i have not received 1 GB data pack which
liable according to my plan.
Again called up in customer care senior informed me my data pack will be laps.
every time i got wrong commitment from customer care & Senior. This
type of wrong & falls commitment i got every time. No quality in your
service very pathetic & worst service i have ever seen.
Going to disconnected my Idea service due to wrong commitment from
customer care. I am your loyal customer has they have not provided
proper service. Customer Care department given wrong & falls
commitment.

When it comes to customer or store service i found IDEA is the worst than any othet operator. 1. Store wilk say call and write to customer care, customer care will say go to store.
2. From manager level (whether its store or call centre) to bottom level all are rotten
3. They will keep asking days but no job will be done
4. At end yoi will fed up with a mental and physical torture by their attitude and running here and there
All operator are not angel but trust me not the worst like Idea
