Idea Cellular — Worst Service in my life so far...

Hello Team, I suppose this is my last email from an agony customer like me with IDEA that changes our life. I have requested for post-paid to pre-paid conversion dated on 12th August, 2014. And can you can cross check the today's date if you required. I paid my unbilled amount along with the request and also they provided me new sim and also requested not to use the old sim. I didnt used that old sim even for incoming calls. On August 18, i got a confirmation call from idea executive that they are going to process this post-paid to pre-paid migration process. And immediately i got a message in the evening saying that this process is cancelled because of some negative balance of 2 Rs. So i tried to pay that 2 Rs through an online but system is not allowed me to pay that 2 Rs, min amount is some around 100 rs for payment. And i am at out of Maharashtra so i am not in a position to pay that 2 Rs amount through an idea outlet. Still, i got frustated and waited for next month bill generation to pay that remaining amount (i.e. 2 Rs, but i paid the total bill some around 250 Rs including the extra deposit amount i.e. 30 Rs(15 times of that unbilled amount (2 Rs)). Even i tried calling the myidea center where i have requested and submitted form for this migration, they said that they have lost the documents and proofs. How silly to lost the documents. You are forcing the customers that documents are mandatory and once we provide those documents you will misplace those documents somewhere in the bin. I understood that the priority that you are giving to the customers. Still, i have sent a signed copy of documents and photo through an email on september 8, 2014. [Check point: If require you can check the today's date]. From sep 8 i am calling that idea center jus to process the process with just a one click. They said something like( call them in next 5 mins, 1 hr, 4hrs, evng, afternoon etc etc bla bla). Sometimes even i get that phone is not using by any one, out of coverage area, no one responds to those and all bull . Here is my things: 1. I am not going to pay any bills, i havent used the mobile even for incoming calls and this request is pending at you. Why should i pay the bill with out any fault. 2. Due to this all bull , i have decided not use this number in future any more. So if you still want to proceed with pre-paid conversion it is up to you. But, i will use this mobile for all incoming and outgoing calls from now until it allows me and i will not pay the bill. How many months should i wait for the conversion process. Almost 2 months is completed. Do you want customers to requeat the post-paid to pre-paid migration before 1 year or so. 3. Kindly dont try to reach me on my email or mobile. If you want try show in the pre-paid conversion process. 4. For 2 rs you have cancelled my pre-paid process. What can we do with that 2 Rs. Can we build some any such big buildings with that? What do you think? And dont say that this is the business process. It would be better if you have added the negative balance into my pre-paid account. This is the customer friendly. 5. You decide now what to do. De-activation of number/post-paid to pre-paid conversion/let the number be post-paid and active and allows me to make unlimited calls/sms or so. 6. Please dont try to reach me for furthur queries. I have mailed and logged many such compalints to you through an email and idea wrb portal. No one responded me for any of those queries. I am attaching the bill payment where i did the payment on myidea store on August 12, 2014. If you want you can refer to the attachment for the address. I am looping them in the email too. Thanks for your excellent services and support provided you for the customers like me. I never prefer IDEA in my life. This IDEA needa to change my life from now. Regards, Santosh
