Idea Cellular — Wrong bill given n no proper action being taken for that

I have complained many a times and posted this issue on social networks also. For 70 mb extra usage of data company charged Rs 1316/- and when customer care calls they themselves are not able to justify that. I wanted this number([protected]) to be converted to prepaid and company is not doing that. It's just that company is not providing proper information and response and simply charging anything. I want my bill to be corrected and number to be converted to prepaid in any case or else I ll file a case against the company.

Same as they did with me more time call but they told sorry mam i can't help because this is our company policy and we nvr refund your money that's why i am porting my no and also suggest to all please avoid to take connection of idea postpaid.
