[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong billing and stopping outgoing service

Sir
I am using the idea no.-[protected] from past many years.
I have received a message stating my bill of Rs.1544.I am using a plan of Rs.199 and my bill used to be in range of Rs.400.
But this time it is including the GPRS charges which were free under the offer.The offer was that I bought a new samsung galaxy core and so I am getting 500 MB 3G data for 2 months for free.I received a message which stated this offer and so I activated the pack by calling on customer care and by confirming that it is a free offer, I activated it.
Now after constant complaining there is no action been taken uptil now and my outgoing has also been blocked which has forced me to post a complain on this site.
Please kindly resolve my problem at the earliest as I am facing huge problem due to this.
