[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Wrong charges

Hi,

I am using idea post paid corporate cug plan. Idea people activate collar tune & miss call services without my notice and generated more bill for the month of april 2017. When i have contacted the customer care they are saying i have activate collar tune & miss call services through web which i have never done.
When i have asked them for proofs, they asked me to drop an email, but till now i didn't received any response.
This is very unfair being as a huge organisation, you people can't change the plan as per your wish and generate more bill.
Please do verify my case and generate the bill according to my plan and usage.
