Idea Cellular — Wrong commitment from store executive

Respected sir,
I port in my Number [protected] Reliance to Idea. Your Store executive make me wrong commitment about3g plan.
1.Mr. Rishabh told me that he will give me 2gb 3g in 250 rs. After port to Idea i got only 2g data.
2. He told me to get an add on no. for sharing my data and calling with add on no. but when i get first bill all charges are separated.
3. I am a individual customer but He give me a corporate plan, without give me any information.
4. I want to convert my no. to prepaid but your store executive Mr. Piyush reject my request twice. I already complaint about this on 15 feb. I got a from your executive that I need to go once again to Idea point. 2nd time he behave in same way and told me "pahle bhi samjhaya tha na ki nhi ho prepaid.
I already Complaint about Postpaid to Prepaid request to Idea Customer care but they are not taking any action to their store executive.
This Month I got 1100 rupees bill Why i need to pay this bill after complaints.
They told me you need to pay this bill in every condition.
