Respected Sir,
Today in morning I did Internet pack - Rs.5 15MB. Then afterwards in afternoon on 2:05 pm I did the same pack again at that time, balance in my phone was Rs.65. So therefore only Rs.5 balance should be deducted but my balance is 0.
This happened twice with me so I want proper support from idea.
