Hi,
I am a new customer to Idea (my no. [protected]) and have received 2 bill till date. I have been enrolled in a plan where I was informed that I have 20GB data free for one billing cycle.
In the last 2 bills I was charged for GPRS with RS.500 plus amounts.
I am trying to reach your customer care on 12345 & 198 numbers but it seems all customer care executives are busy and the line is getting disconnected. Was this information helpful? |
I informed them that I received an SMS from Idea asking me to do so, how am I to know that the message is not for a user like me who have the data package involved with my selected plan. This is actually the company taking advantage of the ignorance of the users. Only when I call, they are telling me that I was not supposed to select 1 after dialing 1925.
They and have taken my complaint, they are yet to provide me a resolution. Will update once I get the resolution, if I get one...
