[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Wrong Recharge for Mobile No. [protected] in Gujarat

Dear Sir, Date 22.DEC.2014 was Rs.445 for amount recharge for 3G, 3GB Internet pack Idea mobile, then will activate msg received and good work, But after few day was received msg on Date 25.DEC.2014 your Rs.19 successful recharge and now activate your 100MB data plan!!!how possible, i have no any recharge Rs.19, so why he sent me msg and my old data plan have now deactivate!!! I was complain but he was not agree my request, so what I do? Idea mobile no: [protected] in Gujarat. Best regards, Bhavesh.
