[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong recharge reversal

Dear sir,

I have made a recharge of rupees 198 to the number [protected] instead of [protected] (My number) online in idea website. (Transaction id l[protected].

Immediately i called the customer care and requested them to try and process the reversal or let me know the process that has to be followed in this case. They are really rude at me and disconnected the call stating no reversal is done.

Sorry for the inconveniences, the recharge of Rs198 is successfully update in system. So refund is not possible.
