[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong recharge reversal not done

I made a recharge of ₹1000 from my paytm account to a number but due to a difference in 1 digit of the number, the transaction took place to a wrong number. I searched in quora and the answer showed it is possible to get the money back. But when i contacted the the idea company customer care immediately refused to do anything. How can i get my money back?
