[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong validity of plane given on the application. and wrong promise made by the idea customer executive.

Sir, i recharged my number amount ₹549 by an application on 9/12/2017 at 10:33pm at that time it was showing 70 days validity. But when i got recharge successful message it was showing the validity of 28 days. I immediately call to the costumer care number 198 they told me that your plans validity will be increased after 28 days. Today my plan got expire and it didn't got renewed. I called to the costumer care executives today as well but they are not supporting me. My transaction i'd is in the picture. Please take action soon
