Idea Cellular — Wrongly charged

I have started Idea connection on [protected] from 20.07.2014 through MNP. My bill plan was PMB Emerald GUJ Plan, in which 1GB 3G Internet was free. My bills cycle end at 7th of every month. I received my first 3 bills without any mistake. But in October, I consumed 900MB internet in first 17 days of bill cycle. So on October 25, I started an additional 1GB 3G internet plan @ Rs.250, which also shows in my bill. But this bill plan was deactivated on October 27 by Idea without giving any information to me and next day I received SMS by Idea that “you have consumed 400MB extra internet”. When I complained on 198 then also Idea customer care executive not gave me any proper answer and I have all call recording Then I received bill of Rs 1381 on November 8 and found that I had consumed only 950MB but still it shows 392MB extra usage. Idea gave me only 561MB free data instead of 1GB. Idea has calculated this usage as per 17 days only instead of. Until October 27 whenever I used Internet I had my check free data on my mobile display and this information automatically comes on my mobile display when I switch OFF data connection. Then how can I used extra usage? If Idea would not have shown free internet data on my mobile display then I would not use it. Idea charged me Rs. 402 for this 392MB extra usage. How it was my mistake?Second, I've activated plan on 25th October but after 2 plan was deactivated by Idea. In this plan also free usage (66MB) calculated of 2 days and another 248MB is shown extra usage. When the plan was active the display of my mobile shown free data of 700MB and when this plan was running Idea deactivated it then whose mistake is this? Idea charged me Rs. 254 for this 248MBTotal 402 + 254 = 656 + 82 (service tax) = Rs 738 addition amount in bill. I made complain many times by calling 198 by mail. But everytime I got answer from Idea that all charges levied are correct. I have not paid this bill. So from 26 November Idea stopped all service. It was my official number so I used my personnel phone for all official call and internet. Due to this I decided to do payment for the amount which I used. I made payment of Rs 750 on 4th December. But then also my service was not started by Idea.Idea sent me new bill for the next bill cycle in which I found that my service was stopped from November 26, then also Idea charged me for the whole month and also Idea charged me Rs. 50 for late payment of my last bill. Idea also added last month due of Rs. 632 and total bill amount was 1131, which it totally wrong. This bill should be half monthly rent of Rs 199 + Rs. 25 (all tax) = Rs 224 only. So finally I took a new SIM card from another operator and due to Idea’s mistake had to change my number was 7 years old number.Idea sent me latest bill in February, in which Idea deducted Rs. 18. After my lots of requests also Idea have not removed any single ruppe then after 4 months how Idea found mistake in bill. but still total bill is Rs. 1256. Idea added Rs. 50 for last 3 month.Ideas continuously harasses me by call and by mail and pressurize me for the payment. Idea was not stopped there; Idea sent me advocate notice, which is out of limit. Contact No : [protected], [protected]

I have called 20times to Idea customer care helpline and also I wrote mail 20 times to Idea. But I got the same response as you wrote above. You are just checking bill and giving answer so please read full complain first and then give answer.

I know that you are saying same thing from last 3 months and so I changed my 7 years old number. Why should every time I suffer due to Idea mistake? Idea reduce Rs. 18 and just today I received mail that Idea reduce Rs.53. Why you see this mistake after 3 months? Why you can not check it when I complained 20 times by mail and by call. you are giving suggestion to contact Idea customer care helpline. I tried all my best. Recently I wrote mail to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. What should I do next? Please tell clearly with full name and contact details. I am not mad that I directly complained here. I have all the proof in which Idea customer care executive accepted that this was Idea mistake. I will report in police station and produce all proofs. There is no other way to solve my problem. IF you have solution then only write now. Don't write same thing.

my number [protected] i had activated one day 2G internet pack...but the pack after 13 hours has still not been activated.. so i would request for a refund of the same..the remaining time is not much to utilise the same pack.if the refund is not received, i would file a complaint with consumer court
