Idea — excessive bill for internet

I am having two corporate no [protected] ;[protected] with idea.in may bill i had to pay an excessive amount of rs 2200 only for internet usage. On complaining at local idea office they suggested to move into a higher rental plan and committed to wove off the excessive amount. But after payment of my bill they refused to do so. Please look into the matter and do me the favour. Thanx.
