Hi Support,

Today I received SMS from IZ-IDEA stating below message :
Dear Customer, Your request for SIM Exchange has be registered and would be actioned by 02/11/2016 7:52:03 SR No.1-[protected]. To Know the status of this SR kindly sms ST 1-[protected] to 12345 Thank you

In the next minute I got one more sms confirmed the above request is processed successfully.

Iam using Vodaphone services with number +[protected]
I never raised any request please help
