Idea — Idea broadband services

Despite making payments at portal, time and again i have been getting reminders that payment not made. After every payment i call their customer care and register complaint and still they deactivated my account last month this was despite multiple calls and emails to their helpdesk. Now despite timely payment and proof submitted i am being charged extra Rs50 as late charges. This is again despite me raising 2 tickets with customer care and being assured that action will be taken within 24 hours. reference ticket nos TCT[protected] TCT[protected] I am sure they would not assist again and hence filing this complaint

As explained again.. It for broad band and not cellular.. My customer details can be found with the ticket nos shared

Any updates? So far no attempt has been made from IDEA BROADBAND to look into the matter This is really frustrating!
