I have requested to port out from idea to Vodafone. But idea offered me RS 50 discount in next 6 month bill so I cancelled my port request. But in next bill I didn't see the discounted amount.
So I again made a port request and your care executive told that you will get discount from the next month. So I cancelled the request. Your executive confirmed me that the port request has been cancelled on Feb 23, 2017 but on Feb 26 I got to know that my number has been disconnected from idea. I contacted idea through Twitter. On Feb 26 and they assured me that the number will be in idea but I have to wait approx 8 hrs but it is more than 36 hrs, they are not responding yet.
When I am trying to contact them they are just saying that we are investing.
Sir just tell me if you are not able to serve properly then why you are running the business.
If you cant give the offers then why you give fake offers

Even when I got message from Vodafone that your request has been processed then also called customer care then he told me that be sure your request has been cancelled.
Before porting I have approx -11 RS outstanding in my idea account send me the statement of that amount how you have adjusted and how you are planning to recover the remaining amount Was this information helpful? |
