I registered one complaint about the network issue(indoor). At that time my complaint was registered and one of the idea executive call me and ask my details and told that my concern will we resolve in till 30th Jan 2016. And after that one of executive again called me and he told that our engineers working already on it. After some time my complain closed and till now there is no changes in the networks, problem remains same. My SR No. for the same was 1-[protected]. Please help me to resolve this problem.

why should i contact you, all the time when i contact you guys only told me that this is because of temporary network issue and will be resolved soon.
