[Resolved] Idea — Internet plan very slow after 1.5 gb

My name is Dinesh. I m complaining about Internet plan. Idea offering 4 GB 2G in 398 so I have recharged this plan but after crossing 1.5 GB speed is very slow . How I don't know.

Please do the needful.

I can't understand how to speed was reduced before reached at 2 GB. The plan Detail is as below mention.
