Idea — Lost my 3G plan & 650 MB on Idea mobile topup recharge

Dear Sir/Madam, On 27th, Oct I recharged my idea number online for Rs. 15, as their self-care service (*121#) showed Rs. 15 is full talktime. But I got message from idea that I was recharged for 2G internet pack 100MB with 3 days validity. I confused to see the message, and contacted their customer service (198), they told me that the offer is only for paper recharge, not eligible for online recharge. If that recharge is not eligible for full-talktime, then I should be given the talktime eligible for online recharge, my biggest concern is that the recharge also changed my internet plan to 2G and my existing 3G plan with 650 MB & validity up to Mar, 20th expired. This is very strange, I lost my 3G plan & 650 MB, also no talktime for my Rs. 15. Idea is not accepting to get my 3G plan back, and they are not understanding how customer affected by thier confusing recharge denominations. Complaint no.
