Idea — MNP refund pending for last 3 weeks

Dear Sir, I wanted to port to idea, so i have done the procedure port for my existing 10 nos in your easy share plan, then after payment i was informed about the real benefits of plan, which i was not interested at all, so i canceled mnp now the refund is pending. i was called by sagar from idea [protected] and vikas from mnp dept idea [protected]. They both know the status now they are not answering my calls. Akshay Dalvi [protected] this guy came to pick my documents and money. my cont number [protected] thanks and regards
