I have received sms that my account is going to deactivate and i should use my money within 3 days.
Guess what? I am unable to use my money with some error. I am trying this since last 2 days. Customer service is worst. They have no idea about what they were talking. I spoke with vrushali about this. She sent me mpin which din't help to resolve the problem second operator was pathetic. She din't even listed what i am saying to her and disconnect my call.
There is no provision to activate your account again. Sorry, but very poor experience.
I want your manager to look into it immidietely and fix my problem.
