[Resolved] Idea Money — not able to register new number with idea money

Sir/Madam
I wanted to delete my idea wallet on mobile no-[protected] and want to create Idea Wallet on my other number but i am failed to do so
Customer care executives give different views one said you can delete other said you cant delete your account..

I just want to delete my account with this number-[protected]

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per recent communication, we have informed you that kindly wait till six months to de- link the adhar card from your idea wallet account so that new account will be activated with same details and you can proceed for transactions in other idea number. If you still face any issue, kindly call us on [protected]
