They are still saying i need to pay the amount 2937 on my number[protected]. How should i need to pay if i have not used any data, also the sim has been changed to prepaid after clearing all dues. Now how the bill has been charged and on what basis. After clearing all dues the sim changed, that was the condition of converting sim from postpaid to prepaid. They are saying will take legal action. Please you take some action against them. They are demanding amount which was not related to my number.
