Idea Net Setter — about monthly bill

sHello, myideaname is vijay godhania and i am from porbandar and i am using idea net setter for last year or so.i have monthly plan of 3 gb for 600 rupees. My last month usage was more than 3 gb so i got sms that you have riched your limit and pay 1680 rupees to continue this service so i went to Idea shop and i gave my net setter number but they said That in our system your outstanding amount is 720 not 1680 so i paid 720. But i saw that still idea service was not started so went back and ask them..so now they are saying you have to pay another 1680 to resume your service. I said i paid 720 so i have to pay remaining 960 but they are not responding and keep saying first pay another 1680 only then we can start your service.
