I have activated idea's 3G unlimited plan for Rs.646 (The cost is very high when comparing with other service providers). They said that i can get a peak speed of 2 MB per second and after 3 GB of data usage i can use the internet at 84 KB per second.
I activated the plan and i got a satisfactory speed (100 KB/s to 300KB/s). And after 3GB of data usage they sent me a message that my quota is over and now my speed will be reduced to 84 KB /S. But the actual speed they providing is 10 KB per second( the speed is less than the speed of 2G). They are not even providing me atleast a 54 KB/s speed.I have complained them 2 times. For each time they said that the complained will be resolved within 3 days and it is a issue in nearby tower. And after 3 day they will send a message that my problem is solved.
Iam deppresed and fed up with their tactical move. Because my offer will end in this week and after that my problem will not be an issue to them. Iam having many tasks to get completed through the internet. I have to connect my laptop with my brother's laptop through Teamviewer. But through this poor data speed it is not possible.
My request is, kindly solve or take action to rectify my problem within this week. If Iam not complaining, they will continue to kidding all the consumers. Please prove and ensure that you are supporting us, the consumers.
